Colorado Mitigation Procedures (COMP) and Colorado Stream Quantification Tool (CSQT) Workshop

The recently announced workshop will provide an overview of the Colorado Mitigation Procedures and the Colorado Stream Quantification Tool. The Corps' August 13, 2019 (1200-1600 MST) workshop will provide an overview of stream mitigation procedures and explain how the Corps will use the CSQT to calculate functional loss from permitted impacts (debits) and functional lift from mitigation or restoration activities (credits).

According to the notice, information will be provided on how the CSQT can be used to develop function-based project goals and objectives, select quality project sites based on restoration potential, and develop assessment approaches, monitoring plans and performance standards that align with project goals and objectives. >Learn More
