Planning Has Started – Live DC Fly-In 2023

Our Board of Directors is currently organizing this year’s National Environmental Banking Association’s Fly-in and Policy Conference to be held in September 2023 in Washington, D.C.

The conference is FREE to NEBA members and provides a great opportunity for members to meet with key senior administration, congressional, and agency leaders whose decisions impact our industry.

The conference gives NEBA members a voice in helping to advance the mitigation banking industry and a chance to catch-up with peers.  The annual event is always educational and fun. This year's dinner in the historic The Army & Navy Club (also free to members) will no doubt be a highlight.

Keep an eye out for upcoming announcements and FREE DC Fly-In registration information.

The 2023 Fly-In and Policy Conference is being managed by John Paul Woodley, Jr., current NEBA Board Chair. Woodley is the former Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) and it was he who enacted the 2008 Final Mitigation Rule formalizing the regulatory space for mitigation banking in the United States.

NEBA will be announcing final dates for the conference soon. Watch for your invitation.
