Together, we’ve made significant advances over the past year, and NEBA’s Board of Directors is working today to create improved transparency, integrity, and accountability for the benefit of all in our industry.
In 2025, the National Environmental Banking Association will address head-on new challenges being brought to our environment and our industry.
Be sure to follow the upcoming blog series from NEBA ‘Race to the Bottom’. With continued regulatory and Congressional adoption of Mitigation Banking as the chosen priority for U.S. environmental offset, there are a rash of new, inventive and unfortunately, non-compliant projects now being called “Mitigation Banking.” The series will explore why the ‘Race to the Bottom’ puts our industry at risk and damages our environment. Series coming starting in January.
NEBA will of course continue to advocate for high-quality environmental mitigation with the agencies, senior policymakers, the U.S. Congress and beyond- as the Trusted Voice of the Mitigation Banking Industry.
