Conservation Banking – Industry Update

Join Gary Frazer from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the National Environmental Banking Association for this important webinar to discuss USFWS intentions for the reissuance of its mitigation policies and its development of a notice of proposed rulemaking for conservation banking. 

The Live Industry Update is scheduled for September 8th at 2pm EST.  This webinar is useful to anyone in the environmental banking industry, but especially those looking to expand development of U.S. species/conservation banks.

This presentation is free, open to the anyone in the industry interested in joining, and only by advance registration. (Limited to the first 200 registrants)

Frazer has been the Assistant Director for Ecological Services since August 2009.  As Assistant Director, Gary is the senior career official responsible for policy development, budget, and oversight for the Fish and Wildlife Service’s administration of the Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, Coastal Barrier Resources Act, and other environmental protection authorities delivered through the Service’s Ecological Services program and field stations. 

Started in 2021, the National Environmental Banking Association (NEBA) is presenting a series of Industry Updates for members on topics pertinent to the practice of environmental banking.  NEBA – The Trusted Voice of the Mitigation Industry will be sponsoring sessions through the upcoming fall/winter with senior regulatory officials, industry experts and others, furthering its mission to promote education and outreach for the industry.
