The conference is FREE to NEBA members and provides a great opportunity for members to meet with key senior administration, congressional, and agency leaders whose decisions impact our industry.
This year's event is being headed up by John Paul Woodley, Jr., current NEBA Board Chair. Mr. Woodley is the former Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) and it was he who enacted the 2008 Final Mitigation Rule formalizing the regulatory space for mitigation banking in the United States.Don’t forget about our complimentary member dinner at the Army and Navy Club.
