September 16 – 19, 2025 | Washington, D.C.
Join the National Environmental Banking Association (NEBA) for our 2025 Annual DC Fly-In, an exclusive opportunity for Executive NEBA members to engage directly with federal policymakers and agency leaders shaping the future of mitigation and conservation banking.
Former NEBA Board Chair John Paul Woodley has confirmed meetings with senior representatives across the federal family — including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and key U.S. House and Senate Committees.
The Annual Fly-In has long been central to NEBA’s mission, bringing members together in the heart of our nation’s capital to help shape federal policies supporting high-quality environmental banking. This year’s program includes our Annual Meeting and a semi-formal banquet at the historic Army-Navy Club of Washington.
We have a strong lineup of confirmed meetings taking place September 16 through 18. Attendees will engage directly with senior officials at both our Metro Office and on Capitol Hill, including:
These meetings provide an unparalleled opportunity for members to advocate for policies that strengthen mitigation and conservation banking while ensuring NEBA’s voice is heard at the highest levels of government.
Location: Washington, D.C.
Cost: Free for Executive NEBA members (travel & accommodations not included)
Banquet: Included – Semi-formal dinner at the Army-Navy Club
