Jennifer Moyer
This year's award was presented to Jennifer Moyer, whose distinguished career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers included serving as Chief of the Regulatory Program at USACE Headquarters from 2012 to 2025.
Daniel Jacobs
With a professional background spanning construction management, real estate, and natural-resource-related businesses, Daniel brought his experience in building and managing complex projects to wetland mitigation development in 2017.
Donna Collier
This year, NEBA was especially proud to present a Lifetime Achievement Award to Donna Collier, recognizing her extraordinary long-term contributions to mitigation banking, environmental restoration, and the growth of NEBA itself.
